Health monitoring system for patient

Hello, I am looking for software development services to create a health monitoring system for a patient. The main parameter I want monitored is temperature, and if possible, I would like to be able to use additional wearable health monitoring devices. The required data accuracy is to be set to medium. I am looking for a developer who can help me realize my dream of creating a comprehensive health monitoring system tailored specifically to the needs of my patient.
