We are looking for building a HTML design for a ticket-based helpdesk that deals with messages from different channels. The main concept behind this project is to save costs, so we would like to utilize HTML elements from the Admin template, which we will share with you. We have already developed mockup which will give you the idea of the screens which is around 10.
