HTML5 and WordPress Developer

We are looking for HTML5, Bootstrap, WordPress Developer to work with us on a regular basis and to build a long term relationship.
Must meet most of the following requirements:
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in creating websites using WordPress.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development
• Experience using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery
• Keen attention to detail
How we work:

2) Developer agrees to scope, cost and deadlines
3) Work is approved when finished
4) Payment will be released
