HTML Page Creation & Modification -- 2

I'm in need of a web developer with expertise in HTML. The project consists of creating new HTML pages, modifying some existing ones, and ensuring they seamlessly integrate with text and images. The new pages will also need to support specific multimedia formats such as MP4 and WebM.
