HRMS Portal Development - Employee Management, Payroll Management, Time and Attendance Management
We are looking for a skilled developer to build a customized HRMS portal with the following features:
- Employee Management: ability to manage employee data, records, and information
- Payroll Management: ability to manage payroll processing and payments
- Time and Attendance Management: ability to manage employee attendance and time tracking
The preferred technology stack for this project is PHP.
We require moderate customization of the HRMS portal, including customizing the user interface and adding additional features as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience with HRMS portal development, PHP, and customization.
I have a client who needs HRMS portal along with my product with following features ( PaaS )
HRMS functionality - staff onboarding /offboarding , absence management , time tracking management , leave management , payroll management , online pay slips , request management , document management
Key Functionalities:
- Payroll System: I need a comprehensive payroll system that can accurately calculate and manage employee salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Integration or Custom Built:
- I am not sure whether I prefer a custom built HRMS or integration with an existing platform. I am open to suggestions and recommendations from the freelancer based on their expertise and experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing and implementing payroll systems for existing businesses.
- Knowledge of HRMS best practices and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks for HRMS development.
- Ability to provide recommendations and guidance on the best approach for the HRMS project.
