HHC Nurse Weekly report & organizer (First phase)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
-I need a private use web-based app which will be phone interface friendly, where I can enter a few brief pieces of data and a digital handwriting signature, then the app is able to combine that data with the day of the week, the date, and the hour, to generate a list report and export it, to make a printout in a specific format.
-I will do a simple context explanation to give you a better idea of what I want.
-I am a home health nurse working for different agencies, so I must go to patients' houses any time during the day, seven days a week, and the patient must sign digitally the visit on the app, but each visit by default has a minimum amount of time of 15 minutes, or an amount of time assigned by me previously, a minimum travel time between visits of 10 minutes and a maximum of 720 minutes.
-The consecutively of visits is based on the order signed. So, at the end of the day (last visit), the app must be able to organize all visits signed under those terms, including some visits that must be done in a certain range of time of the day.
Then after 11:59 pm Saturday, I must be able to generate an individualized report of each patient within the former week Sunday through Saturday (see sketch image), and I must be able to make a printout of those reports to be physically archived.
-The main purpose of the app is not showing real-time visits, it is visiting times or travel times do not overlap each other during the day, and travel times must be all long as possible.
-At the end of the day (last visit) or at the end of the week, when I try to export a weekly report, the app must be able to check every visit has the digital signature, if a visit is not signed must give me two options.
To cancel the visit or complete the visit.
If I choose "complete the visit" then I have to assign a visit order number for the day and sign the visit myself instead of the patient.
-I am providing a detailed sketch of all app interfaces.
-The travel Time (time between visits) must be a random amount of minutes generated by the app between 10 minutes (minimum) and 720 minutes whatever fits in the "Visit schedule" settings. The travel time starts at the end of the former visit and finishes at the start of the next visit. The app must get the visit time from the "Schedule for visits for today" which is determined by me before, however, the travel time is generated by the app according to the rules.
-The weekly report has to have exactly the capacity of 14 rows

Before taking a decision to do this project for me you must make sure you can do the core part which is, to organize the visits in the daily schedule, generate a weekly report for each patient, and the ability to
