Gsuite Data Backup & Archiving Expert
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am encountering issues with my Gsuite and need a professional to assist with troubleshooting.
The primary concern is data backup and archiving. We have a number of users who have left but their data is still taking up licenses. This project involves:
- Finding a backup/archiving solution that allows us to delete these users while still maintaining access to their shared folders on Drive and emails.
- Ensuring that the existing data structure remains intact and undamaged.
I am unsure about certain aspects of this process, such as compliance and security requirements, and would appreciate expert advice.
The ideal candidate for this project would have:
- Extensive experience with Gsuite troubleshooting and data management.
- A deep understanding of backup and archiving solutions.
- The ability to maintain folder structures and permissions during the process.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear advice on compliance and security needs.
Due to security, the freelancer must be OK to work on a remote computer via Teamviewer or Anydesk as we would not like to share logins to our Gsuite.
