Dancer, showgirl etc post theirs information to website, otherwise employer can find it in the website.
Dancer, showgirl, promoter, MC, DJ are employee roles.
Employer find by their selves whatever event or music show etc. But employer need to register and login to get the employees contact.
The client only want to collect the employer's data.
There are employees and employer member like freelancer.com but no need to handle payment.
The employees only seek the employers and they don't need to post the job on the website.
They just search the employers and send email to them on the website by logged into the website.
