Graphic design for backend web management console/site

Job ID: 33155278

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Need a graphic design for how a backend web management console would look like. Something to show people concept of idea.

This backend web management console logs the job applications that a user fills out. It's a job application management platform. Similar to how people tend to use excel sheets to keep track of what jobs they’ve applied to.

Homepage:
The completed jobs will be in a grid table format format. Where each job is a box. However the left top most “box” will be the most recent job applied to. And all previous applications will be pushed down to the right. Each box will also depict the date of application There will be a dropdown filter button somewhere where users can switch from this grid table format to a a kanban board layout and choose the filters of their choice. Each element in the dropdown will be a filter(i.e. company size)
Each box, when clicked on, will open a pop-up window will users will be able to manage that specific applications. They can view and edit things such as contacts at the company, general salary data, company info, role title, application date, website link. And also add things such as tailored resumes, activities, notes,
Activities
A place where you can see plan related to specific jobs, general plans. In general this is just a place to take notes, see deadlines and etc…
Settings
Where you fill in your profile and see settings related to your account. i.e. fill in your major, school and etc.. This will be used to enhance salary estimates and potential contacts for that specific role.
On this page, there will also be a place or tab where you can upload your current job tracking tool. i.e. if you are currently using an excel sheet, you can upload your sheet here and applyAway will import everything from there. The imported jobs will be reflected on our homepage (kanban board/grid layout).
Metrics
Cool side tool where you can see stats about your applications. i.e. how many you applied to in the past year, month. Your pace. The types of jobs. Also even recommendations during your job search based on trends we’ve seen. Since we know alot of college students are not exactly certain on what they want to do.

Deliverables.
Graphic of the home page in the kanban board layout. Homepage should show the navi bar tabs to the pages I described above, the switch view button, the drop down button. The boxes on the home page should reflect the company, title, and application date. There will also be basic user friendly features, i.e. a “+” icon to be able to manually add a job.

Graphic of the settings page, don’t have a proposed design. So get creative please. This page should match the theme and still have the features/fields I described above at the least.

Graphic of the home page with a pop-up box open. The pop-up box, at minimum, will have the features I described above. Feel free to get creative here as well.

I attached our logo below. The logo reflects the color theme we like. The tool’s name is “ApplyAway”

Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions at any time of day if you need more details. These designs should reflect a good user experience. My first priority with this job is having good work done. Ideally, this would be at a good price.
