Google Sheet Creation for Campus Maintenance

I'm seeking an expert in Google Sheets to help me create a functional document geared towards tracking paint and repair tasks, and cleaning schedules across a busy summer camp campus. This sheet will be regularly updated by our facility maintenance team.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have substantial experience in creating dynamic and user-friendly Google Sheets.
- Understand logistics and scheduling in a maintenance setting.
Key features of the Sheet should include:
- A system for recording painting/repair locations.
- Fields for indicating the type of paint or repair needed.
- An integrated cleaning schedule that doesn't disrupt ongoing summer camp activities.
- A remark section to note if the cleaning crew has cleaned, dusted and removed furniture from the areas needing repairs.
- Detailed focused cleaning taskers, such as Hi/low dusting, Carpet cleaning ( extraction & encapsulation) table and chair details, and dispenser replenishments
With your help, we aim to maintain an efficient schedule and record-keeping system that will ensure our facility stays in top shape while eliminating scheduling conflicts between maintenance and ongoing events. it's very important that this sheet schedules the teams to work in a manner were they do not intefere with each other but work together. for example, cleaning crew comes in first and performs a hi/low dusting then room break down, once its clear then the paint/repairs can happen and when thats done then carpet work and cleaning can happen and finally space reset
