Google Analytics Expert needed for company website insights

I’m looking for an expert to do a deep dive into our Google analytics in order to inform a major UX/UI redevelopment of our website. I want to know more than just the basics, like how many users etc!
I’d also like a high level report template that I can then fill in myself.
