Godaddy Hosting Plan Issue. Please Help
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I just bought a new godaddy hosting plan (Launch - Web Hosting Plus (AutoSSL)) as my file usage was 100% with the old plan (Web Hosting Deluxe). I haven’t added anything new to the site and now it is telling me that this new plan is now 100% as well.
The reps are telling me to upgrade again. This is insane!!! Why do I need to upgrade when I just bought a bigger plan?
Now another rep is telling me to purchase firewall service to see if malware is the problem. No one on Godaddy knows what the issue is. Please help!
