Global Sport Website Front-end Designer Needed

A professional sports league is in search of a freelance front-end website designer with a keen eye for developing smooth and intuitive user flow. A background in, or at least a following of, sports websites is a plus. We need someone who can take our current design and update it to stay on the cutting edge of sports pages, with the ability to make small adjustments and website designs need change. This person should have the ability to build design templates and wireframes that can then pass to our development team for seamless implementation. In addition, provide feedback on best placements for needed site assets, as well as being able to optimize the build for mobile. SEO knowledge and knowledge of Bootstrap is a plus.
