Generar e commerce en shopify para venta de productos de padel (NO ES DROPSHIPPING)

I am looking to develop an eCommerce store on Shopify to sell padel products, specifically equipment. This will include creating variations such as size, color and any other differences making each product unique. Inventory tracking is a requirement, in order to ensure stock levels are up to date.
The store must be designed to make navigating the catalog and gaining information about the products easy and intuitive. It should also integrate with other popular payment methods other than PayPal and credit card processing to ensure our customers have a seamless checkout experience.
If the design includes the ability to customize the look and feel of the store, this will be very beneficial in keeping the store up to date and dynamic.
We would like a project that remains sustainable and that is easy to maintain in the long run. This will allow us to have a successful eCommerce store capable of selling many products of padel for many years to come.
