Gas Station Loyalty Platform Development

I'm looking to create a web platform for my gas station business, focused on customer loyalty. The platform will have two dashboards: Customer and Admin.

Customer Dashboard:
- Registration provides a unique barcode or QR code for loading points.
- View loaded points and movement list.

Admin Dashboard (with two permission types: Admin & Employee):
- Load points to customers using QR.
- Check customer's movement list.
- Approve/decline point requests.

Blockchain integration is a plus, but not mandatory.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Web development (front-end and back-end).
- Experience with QR/barcode technology.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology (any preferred type).
- Strong UI/UX design skills
