No WordPress. However, using a pre-built template is acceptable only if it truly adds value, saves time, and still delivers a professional, premium result.
The website should follow a dark theme, with animations and a bold visual presence. This is not just another corporate site — I want something that stands out.
Each real estate project should have its own unique page with its own layout and integrated Google Map.

Sleek, premium visual style
Smooth animations and transitions (Framer Motion, GSAP, etc.)
Fully responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Multilingual-ready (structure only, no need for translations now)
Development:
Preferred stack: Laravel + React (alternatives are acceptable if justified)
Custom CMS or a flexible modular system
Admin Panel for managing content, leads, and projects
Each project creates a dedicated page with dynamic layout and location map
Strong technical SEO and support for LLMs (structured data, semantic HTML, JSON-LD, optimized performance)
AI Integrations:
Backend content assistant (AI-generated text support)
AI-enhanced chatbot for frontend support
Contact forms with optional WhatsApp integration
