Full Time UI/UX Designer

I run a Silicon Valley based early-stage tech startup that is branching out into the event marketplace. My vision is to create a user-friendly platform that caters to everyone, disregarding their age or professional background. I am looking for an exceptional UI/UX designer who has a commendable portfolio and prior experience in creating distinctive and interactive designs.

Specifically, the website should incorporate:

- User Registration and Login system
- Advanced search and filter mechanism for seamless navigation
- Capability to list and provide details about the various events

In terms of aesthetics, I'm leaning towards a calm and grounded visual experience. Hence, a design utilizing neutral and earth tones would just be perfect. Our model design is essentially like Airbnb.

The ideal candidate for this position would have excellent design skills, a deep understanding of user experience and a knack for visually appealing and intuitive design. Experience in designing marketplace websites or similar platforms would be highly appreciated.
