Full Stack web development

I need a site that allows users to sign up using a custom process to create user ID's. The users need to be able to post articles and videos with searchable tags. These posts need to appear according to rank in their topic or category. The rank is determined by a custom interaction from other users. Finally, the users need to have a donate/subscription button on their profile so that they can get paid for their work.
