Full Stack Development of Multi Vendor Website Crypto Escrow Payments

This will need to be set up in a VPS which I will provide you.
- Build a website with NO Javascript. I want this site to be quick and secure.
- Will be a multi vendor marketplace that will sell electronic and digital goods and buyers can use BTC and Monero only.
- Payments system to be escrow and direct (depending on what admin chooses)
- Must have front end and back end for vendors and admins with all usual settings required.
- Captcha system
- Website UI will be simplistic.
- Must have knowledge about load balancing and securing servers.
