We are developing an AI-driven career adaptation platform. We need a full-stack developer with UI/UX experience to bring this vision to life by building a lean, functional MVP with a AI model.

✔ End-to-end development (from wireframes to deployment)
Responsibilities
1️⃣ Website & UI Development
✅ Build a responsive and intuitive frontend (React.js / Next.js / Vue.js)
✅ Design a good UI (we will provide a reference)
✅ Develop a user dashboard for tracking AI recommendations
2️⃣ Backend & AI Integration
✅ Implement a login/account system (Firebase/Auth0/similar)
✅ Develop an AI model for skill/career analysis
✅ Store user profiles, career insights, and progress tracking
✅ Use OpenAI API, fine-tuned GPT models, or vector search (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
3️⃣ Testing & Deployment
✅ Conduct usability tests for smooth user experience
✅ Optimize performance & security
Who We're Looking For
✔ Experience in UI/UX Design + Full-Stack Development
✔ Strong front-end skills (React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js)
✔ Back-end experience (Node.js, Python (Flask/Django), Firebase, or Supabase)
✔ AI/ML experience (fine-tuning GPT models, OpenAI API, or basic NLP models)
✔ Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB)
✔ API handling & authentication experience
⭐ Bonus Skills:
? Past experience with career-tech or AI-driven platforms
? Strong portfolio in UI design
