Full Stack Developer - PHP Laravel, Node js, Tailwind,deployment.security

We have a complete multi-vendor e-commerce platform built using PHP Laravel for the backend, with Node.js and Tailwind CSS for the frontend. The platform includes an open-source mobile app provided by Bagisto (GitHub repository available: https://store.webkul.com/laravel-multi-vendor-marketplace.html ). Our goal is to customize and enhance the platform to match our business needs, which includes:

UI/UX redesign using Tailwind CSS to create a more modern and user-friendly interface.
Integration of Nepali payment gateways, such as eSewa, Khalti, and IME Pay.
Removal of Bagisto branding and full customization for a unique brand identity.
Regular code updates to the repository every 1–3 days to ensure transparency and version control.
Deployment on AWS (or another cloud provider) once the platform is customized and tested.
What We Need:
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with in-depth experience in PHP Laravel, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS. The developer should understand multi-vendor e-commerce systems and have the ability to work across both backend and frontend to customize, integrate, and deploy the solution. The ideal candidate should also have DevOps skills for deployment and maintenance.

Job Description: Full-Stack Developer (PHP Laravel, Node.js, Tailwind CSS)
Responsibilities:

Customize the existing multi-vendor platform built on PHP Laravel.
Redesign the UI/UX using Tailwind CSS for a more modern and user-friendly experience.
Integrate Nepali payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, etc.).
Remove all Bagisto branding and ensure the platform reflects our unique brand.
Work on the open-source Bagisto mobile app for necessary customization and deployment.
Manage and maintain the GitHub repository with regular code updates every 1–3 days.
Deploy the platform on AWS or a similar cloud environment.
Ensure smooth operation, scalability, and security of the platform.
Required Skills:

Strong experience with PHP (Laravel) framework.
Proficiency in Node.js for server-side logic and API integration.
Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS for UI/UX development.
Experience with multi-vendor e-commerce platforms, especially Bagisto.
Understanding of payment gateway integration (preferably with eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay).
Familiarity with mobile app customization and deployment.
Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Basic knowledge of DevOps and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of Vue.js or React (if applicable for frontend components).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to implement security best practices and scalable solutions.
Work Arrangement:

Full-time or project-based (to be discussed).
Must provide daily or bi-daily code updates on GitHub.
