Full-Stack Dev fluent in Rust to create minting contract and website for NFT collection -Solana

I would like to launch a 5,000 quantity project on the Solana blockchain. This collection will be used as access tokens for our discord server. The collection will consist of 3500 silver cards, 1,000 gold cards, and 500 Black cards. Each card of each type (eg black) will have the same look and trait "black". I have the art for the cards, and the content I would like to fill the website with such as the about, roadmap, FAQ, etc. I need the Solana contract to be written to mint the cards (and assign the code to the art ) and a website to be made to mint the cards. These cards will be selling for 1 SOL, and each person who mints from the contract should have a 70% chance of Silver, 20% chance of gold, and 10% chance of black. Lastly- I would like to be able to mint 50 for free for myself in a pre-mint, and allow around 150 (don't have exact number yet - TBD) NFTs to be minted for free in a premint to certain members of the community (I will provide the list of addresses for these members) Please reach out with any questions and negotiations.
