Full React Website

I'm looking for someone to create a full React Website. (Think of the old days of craigs list but with a Great UI, and only 1 section for posts).

It will consist of about 22 pages (Listed Below with estimated costs). If it comes out to more, will add to the project cost and adjust

I am in no rush to have this completed immediately. Looking for about a page a week, more time if you need. I want it correct and not done fast. I expect 6 months to complete.

I will be writing the API interface for you to use for the website.

I have a theme from theme forest in mind, but if you think it's easier and cleaner from scratch, I'm fine with that as long as the UI looks very nice.

Here are the pages and my thoughts for costs which comes out to $4350.
I will create each milestone and fund each one before you start it. Release and fund the next until the project in complete.
