Frontend partner for new product for architects

I'm a backend developer and need a frontend developer to work on a project focused on the architects and their daily tasks at work. You'll have two options of admin template to use or use one of your own and work separately from the backend.
I'll be developing the backend and I'll maintain documentation to make the job of consuming the API easier.
We'll work on a continuous deliverance strategy because this project can start a startup so we need to see what the customers are using and what they are liking most.
I'm thinking that 2 or 3 hours daily is enough for the projects.
