Frontend (UI/UX) for ecommerce portal

We are looking for Indian team, preferably from Bangalore to build a front end for a 5-6-page E-COMMERCE web portal.
It is a portal selling educational material for kids. We shall provide details to shortlisted candidates. We want the frontend in Angular, HTML and CSS. The backend is database-driven and in PHP.
