Frontend developer to develop features on an project management software

I'm a backend developer and now I'm working on a new architecture project manager to help some architect agencies. Each feature will be developed first on the api and I need a frontend developer to keep an app updated to these features.
We'll work on a feature based cycle, we'll talk about each feature and think about the best way to make it available to the public.
I already have a layout that I bought on ThemeForest the make the frontend decisions easier. For now, I just need the authentication cycle with login/logout, sign up, forgot my password, email confirmation and resend email confirmation.
