Frontend Development
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
An amazing job opportunity to work for the largest online group in Mauritius.
What are we looking for?
Long term employment in our company with a minimum period of 3 month, but ideally for a longer period of a year or even longer
Either remote work or work in our office (we will pay for flight, accommodation, visa and all expenses)
Minimum of 100 hours per month (and up to 160 monthly hours), ideally, on the basis of 5 working days per week, 5 hours per day. Work to be done between 8am - 6pm, local Mauritius time (GMT+4)
Do consider that we already have a web development team in-house but we require additional members to our team to increase the productivity and pace of development in our different on-going projects.

Having 8 large ecommerce websites with traffic of 900,000 website visitors per month, over 1 mil social media followers , our group is the largest ecommerce group in Mauritius.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced front-end developer, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
Experience with JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Understanding of layout aesthetics
Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Payment:
Option 1 - Remote work as per 100 hours / month payable at 1500 USD
Option 2 - Relocation to Mauritius and work in our local office, paying for your visa, accommodation, transportation as well as 1500 USD based on full time employment (168 hours / month) - offering you the ideal opportunity to relocate and work on a true paradise island in our beautiful office situated by the beach.
