Key Requirements:
- 20 modern, professional, and responsive HTML templates.
- Each template must be unique in layout, style, and purpose.
- Incorporate rich colors, modern fonts, and a clean user interface.
- Mobile and web optimized (responsive design).
- Ensure smooth user experience with elegant spacing, transitions, and interactions.
- Provide clean HTML/CSS/JS (Bootstrap/Tailwind optional if agreed upon).
- Deliver with assets and a preview screenshot for each template.
- Bootstrap/Tailwind or SCSS usage.
