Front-end Designer & Developer for Ad Agency
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We’re looking for a skilled and creative front-end developer - someone who can design landing pages in Figma and do front-end development if necessary.

Job responsibilities:
1. Design landing pages (sometimes even websites).
2. Use website builders to create sales funnel. Most of the time, you’ll only need basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
3. Optimize sales funnels based on customer data.
We get paid for delivering results - you can only work with us if you’re excellent at your job.
Non-negotiable qualifications:
1. Alignment with our values + confidentiality (culture deck attached).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
3. Ability to learn how to use new platforms quickly.
4. 1+ years of experience with CRO.
5. Experience with Figma.
Preferable qualifications:
1. Experience with Webflow.
2. Experience with Javascript.
3. Experience with creating custom icons and illustrations.
4. Location: Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia (non-essential).
Payments:
- 3 factors determine your earnings: outputs, effort, and experience.
- Your salary for the first month could be anywhere from $500 to $1.500.
- The salary structure will be explained in more detail if you get considered.
