Front End Development built on laravel with vue.js and tailwind css

I have a current web app built on laravel that needs design improvements. Looking for someone who specializes in front end design (modern) aesthetics. Web app is a management dashboard with various modules (scheduling, KPI reviews, user management tables, employee tracking, etc...). Would like finish product to follow brand color scheme (can provide).
