Freelancer writer

Marketing agency seeking a freelance writer for a project-based job to write jewelry product descriptions for a website. Should have experience with or knowledge of jewelry, be able to follow the format that has already been established, and write “romance copy” descriptions that are creative and include SEO keywords.

Since this is a freelance position, we will pay you per description. Our ideal applicant has several years of writing experience and a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in your craft. While formal education isn’t necessary, a bachelor’s degree in English or creative writing is preferred.

There is the possibility that we will need your skills for future projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Writing, romancing, and editing jewelry product descriptions for a consumer-facing e-commerce website.
Requirements/Qualifications

BA in English or Creative Writing (preferred)
Several years of writing experience
Organizational and time management skills
Experience in the jewelry industry, or a knowledge of jewelry
Computer proficiency
Basic SEO skills

Pay: $10 per product description.
