The role involves a one-time setup with ongoing maintenance to ensure the store runs smoothly, targeting beauty-conscious consumers who value #KBeauty, #EcoBeauty, and #CleanBeauty trends.
Responsibilities:
Set up a Shopify store with a mobile-optimized theme, ensuring a seamless user experience for beauty product shoppers.
List the Miist Aura product with variants (e.g., bundled with Alteya Organics lavender water) and optimize for SEO (e.g., keywords like “organic skincare mist device Australia”).
Integrate Gorgias for customer service automation (e.g., auto-responses, ticket management) and Klaviyo for email marketing automation (e.g., syncing customer data).
Add a wholesale inquiry form in the footer for potential retail partners (e.g., beauty salons, wellness stores).
Integrate Instagram/Facebook for social commerce to support #KBeauty campaigns.
Perform ongoing maintenance, including app updates, bug fixes, and minor customizations (e.g., adding new product listings).
