Framer Theme Customization & Section Implementation

I'm in need of a skilled Framer developer to edit my current theme. The project will involve layout modifications and the implementation of some sections., I have examples from other websites I would like replicated onto myself.
Skills Needed:
- Proficient in Framer
- Experience in theme editing
- Strong understanding of layout design
Your tasks will include:
- Modifying the existing layout, which involves adding new columns and rows, changing section placements, and adjusting spacing and margins.
I can't imagine it taking too long
It includes moving some sections from separate pages to the home page and making the website a "one page" website.
It also includes creating a FAQ section, and a small "our services" section
