Four Page Website for Registered Users
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
OBJECTIVE
I am going to teach a book online. For each lesson, I want to:
• Upload an audio recording
• Post heading and detail notes below it. Same as MS Word features.
• Audio and notes should be restricted to Registered Users who will login.
• Arabic and English (LTR-RTL) should be correctly aligned.
• Two Options for payment
• Subscription
BRIEF ON THE WEBSITE
1. Create such a website on which I can post recordings and notes of lessons.
2. Do the complete Design, including the design of a logo. The Logo is Arabic calligraphy. Please make a beautiful logo featuring the words: الموطأDesign the Header too
3. There should be an index for the posts. Index should have: Image/Thumbnail, Heading, Read more.
4. NOTES MUST BE IN ORDER. After lesson 1, we should have lesson 2, after lesson 2, we should have lesson 3. We should be able to change the order from the backned. Example, we post lesson 4 before lesson 3, then we should be able to put lesson 3 first.
5. Users should be able to change the positions of articles from the front end. The user should be able choose whether he wants to see the latest articles first, or whether he wants the older articles? Basically, a 'Sort By' feature.
6. There should be a Registration Page. Only registered students can access the notes
7. If none registered users try to access the notes, they should be redirected to a login page. Under the Login, there must be an option to Register. Iif there person does not have a user name and password to login, he can click on the register page, and that will redirect him to the Marketing page, and then to the Registration Page
8. There must be a payment link in the Registration page to Paypal (I have a business account)
9. New Users should get a notification when they register.
10. We should also get an email that a new person has registered.
11. Should be simple for us to Approve/Regect Application of the new user.
12. There must be a Resgister/login tab on the home page.
13. There must be an option for one who lost their password
14. We should be able to align the Arabic and English text correctly. (Arabic Typing is from right to left, and English writing is from Left to Right)
15. Give us the option to align text, have different fonts and different , underline, put in Italics and bold (Microsoft Word features)
16. The site should have an excellent search facility. Should feature on every page.
17. Visitors should be able to download our articles in MS WORD and PDF. These must have with our logo and site theme.
18. There should be a Subscription option, so that students are notified of new posts.
19. There must be a footer.
20. Site must be compatible with all devices and browsers.
21. The site should load fast.

After completing registration, the user will reach a page which has:
1) Two payment options (Monthly/Annually)
2) A link to Contract

IMPORTANT
We want all the codes for plugins, themes etc,
We want full ownership of everything used to create the site,
We should be able to post without knowing any HTML
You must undertake to sort out bugs and viruses
HOSTING
We will either use Bluehost, or you can quote on anyone who provides:
Provide reliable hosting will more than 99% uptime,
Provide site back ups
Provide a .com domain name.
Quote on an SSL.
