For react webapp, Stripe payout - Customize the commission % we charge - & setup URLs (routes)
Budget: $50 – $0 CAD
Our react webapp uses Stripe for payment. Any user can create a campaign to raise money. We then have to pay this 'creator' his net profit from the campaign automatically through Stripe. This isn't very hard.
We need to add a 'rank' system where we take our 17%-2% commission after sharing the fees (including payment processing of 2.9% + 0.30c, foreign exchange fees of 2%+ when fans pay with their local currency, etc.). Your commission rate is reduced drastically as you create more campaigns; if you have over $1000 in cumulative sales on Interact (each campaign adds to it), the rate is 16% (silver rank):
Default, $0 = 17%
Silver, $1K = 16%
Gold, $10K = 14%
Platinum, $100K = 10%
Diamond, $1M = 2%
Each user would have a field in their database on Firebase, telling us what rank they are. We need to add badges next to the creator's name to showcase this. This should show up everywhere on the website where their username is shown.
For these campaigns, we need to give them unique URLs. A user can customize the URL (route) of their campaign, to like /awesome for example. It then becomes stored as something else after the campaign ends.
I don't think this will take over 60 hours.
