For Starting a software company and be company CTO

wanted to start a new software company anyone who is from metro city in India can apply , together we can start a software company and he can be the CTO in the company and the person should have a complete knowledge about technical thing and I can invest money and we can start but he should be able to handle all technical things and we can decide salary also or can become partners
but if person just want to work then I’ll do all the investment
