Food Delivery Website small updates/upgrades Stage 3

From previous exxperiences, we will only except true price and completion dates estimations.
We would like to save time for both parties, we will not select marker pricing submmisions.
Chomp-A Food Delivery is small company of 15 riders for food delivery service location in Vientiane Laos. Looking for a savvy programmer in Yii framework, PHP and Google Maps Api that can modify/update our website. We will be doing the upgrades in stages to keep a fair business trade during the upgrade process. I will be online 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have along the way and review each progress to keep the process running in a timely manner.
Key elements to repair/update for stage 3:
- Login pages, Add an additional page on login process to show list of clients saved locations. Easy buttons to click on and will move on to next page. If no saved locations are in database will direct client to create a new location.
- Store Output page - When client selects Lao language the page doesn't output results.
- Cart pages. When customer has not logged/registered an account. Should not show customers a delivery fee. Do not display delivery fee - Display "Login/Register to Order" button.
- Cart pages, When restaurant is "Pre-Order Accepted" and past vendor "closed" time, should not allow customer to place order.
- Cart pages, When customer save location name or food item notes has/have an Emoji icon or Aphostrophe the website will not allow customer to complete order "ERROR" will display.
- Cart pages, Randomly the customer will order food. The website will show the wrong restaurant name and can not see the food item names*** Maybe create a fix to detect this null data output and popup an error "We are sorry, your browser has an error. Please close all your browser windows and try to order again."
- Admin panel, dashboard top header bar, when it auto refreshs it doesn't update the value for cancelled. (Must manually refresh or click on dashboard)
- Admin panel, dashboard on vendor page, if delivery time estimation time is populated on merchant panel should replace "As soon as possible" on checkout pages To show what text is saved in that field.

My thoughts maybe setup milestone of payments in FREELANCER that can be made with each fix completed in the stage3 project.
