Flask Chat App Development

I'm looking for a developer to create a simple chat application using Flask and SQL Alchemy. The app should allow users to:

- Authenticate using username and password
- Send direct messages
- Create and manage group chats (add/remove members via group settings)
- View time logs on messages
- Have read receipts (single tick when sent, double tick when read by all)

Real-time message updates are required using WebSockets. The user interface should be simple and clean.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Flask and SQL Alchemy
- Experience with WebSockets for real-time updates
- Strong understanding of user authentication and message handling
- Ability to design a minimalistic user interface
