Fixes/Updates to my website

I'm looking for a web developer who can help improve my website Rank Eats. I've attached a document outlining what I need done. I will go over the document with the developer I choose so they understand what is needed. I need this person to start as quickly as possible.

It's important that the developer shares the following:
- Speaks English very well
- Attention to detail
- Values consistency
