Fix the company Email system

We tried setting up a new Domain with the existing domain keeping the old domain as an Alias and the new Domain as the primary one. Currently we are having troubles receiving and sending emails (Some of them go through and some of them don't. Same with receiving emails). Need someone who can fix this for me ASAP.
