Fitness Startup eCommerce on Shopify

I'm looking to build a Shopify website for my fitness startup. The aim is to sell fitness apparel and supplements. The design needs to appeal to both men and women.

Key requirements:
- Developing an engaging and user-friendly eCommerce platform on Shopify
- Designing for both genders, with a focus on a clean and professional look
- Integrating payment gateways and ensuring a smooth process for customers
- Optimizing for mobile responsiveness

I'm also considering adding a blog section in the future, so I'm open to suggestions on this.
