Firebase function, finishing up Stripe integration, emails & notifications (sendgrid), and setting up following & banning functionality with custom navigation bar for React website

I need 3 freelancers, finishing these tasks in 7 days. Start Sunday/Monday. All of the tasks are written in a task management software.
1st person needs to do firebase function & finish up Stripe integration. The function needs to change campaignStatus from scheduled to live to ended at specific time stamps. Also needs to create one-time payments & charge winners in the auction when campaign ends. Rank system, finishing up Stripe integration / pay outs (stripe connect).
2nd person needs to do emails & notifications (so you need to code the logic for like 30 triggers, like confirmation of account creation, confirmation of password change, email when a campaign ends if you are following) and make sure everything is integrated well, all variables are connected/used properly. Fix the dependency warnings we get, not a big deal.
3rd person needs to set up following & banning functionality with custom navigation bar. So the frontend is mostly made for following, but users need to be able to follow other users. And then if someone creates a campaign, that creator can then ban other users from participating only in their campaigns. Another thing to do is make a custom navigation left side bar that is dynamic, where the menu items change (shows the users you're following, and a recent campaigns you've visited).
