Finish my shopify store

I am looking for someone to finish my shopify store. It was started by a company that was incredibly slow and unresponsive. The store has some 400 drop ship products. I need help in finishing the website, someone to help make sense of the drop ship agreements for the items on the store and potentially help find additional products. I would also like help in getting off the website off the ground.
