Finish My Wix Site & Forum Setup

I'm seeking an experienced Wix web developer to complete my partially finished site.
Key Tasks:
- Add additional pages such as a Forum and other general pages.
- Implement forum screening: this includes spam prevention, user moderation and access control (who can use the forum).
- Create hyperlinks throughout the site for easy navigation.
