Figma design for real estate website
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a Figma designer to create a modern and minimalistic design for my real estate website that will showcase properties for sale/rent and provide information about my company. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating designs for real estate websites and will be able to incorporate property search/filtering functionalities.

- The design should be modern and minimalistic
- The website will showcase properties for sale/rent and provide information about the company
- Property search/filtering functionalities are required
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in creating designs for real estate websites
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design
- Ability to incorporate property search/filtering functionalities
Screen Design Requirement
1. Common website 15 pages to design such as Login, Registration, Home page with different personas, about, contact us, terms etc.
2. Customer features - Post property, dashboard, manage responses, account settings, My Properties, Edit Property, favorites etc. Can be 20 screens
3. Builder Feature - Create Project (different screen design for each section there could be 6 sections), Manage Project, Project Dashboard, Manage Project Status, Builder User Management, Leads Management, Account Settings, Customer Management Can be 20+ screens
4. Agent features - will have same features as customer/builder with slight differences. (5+ screens)
5. Guest user interaction and screens specific section such as on home to ask for registration or login, as a guest user searches etc. to get listed and ask for login
Mobile responsive design for Post Property, Post Project, Dashboard, Home Page, Account Settings for references.
Attached document contains few screens just for reference. The site is under construction, so the screen references are available to refer for some of the currently implemented screens.
NOTE: The current design are just for reference, designer to come up with unique design
