Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Figma Designer & Frontend Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our remote team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing beautiful, user-centric web interfaces in Figma and transforming them into pixel-perfect, responsive frontend code using HTML and CSS. Key Responsibilities:
Designing Web Interfaces: Use Figma to create modern, responsive web designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
Frontend Development: Convert Figma designs into clean, well-structured HTML and CSS code, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to turn design concepts into fully functional web pages.
User Experience (UX): Ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, accessible, and optimized for user engagement.
Responsive Design: Implement designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
Component Libraries: Build and maintain reusable components and styles to streamline the design and development process.
Troubleshooting: Address layout or styling issues in existing pages, ensuring consistency across the website.
Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate and improve on designs and frontend implementations.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of combined experience in web design (Figma) and frontend development (HTML/CSS).
Proficiency in Figma: Strong understanding of Figma, including creating components, prototypes, and design systems.
Frontend Skills: Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid), and responsive design techniques.
Design-to-Code Workflow: Experience converting Figma designs into responsive, clean code.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design, layout, and a commitment to creating pixel-perfect implementations.
Basic JavaScript (Preferred): Familiarity with basic JavaScript for simple interactions and enhancements is a plus.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment, and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with version control (Git).
Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar.
Understanding of web accessibility and SEO best practices.
Basic knowledge of front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) is a plus, though not required.
