Figma Designer to design American Diamond website | Fluent English chat | Ability to bring the requirement to wireframe

Hey, Freelancers. I am seeking a talented designer with a keen design eye and beautiful style culture from Asia. you must be able to chat fluently in English and have the ability to design the website from idea and requirement.
Once you get hired, the design tasks will be provided for 6 months. For a suitable candidate, I will hire you as a regular company designer.
Required:
1. The ability to bring the idea and requirement to Figma and wireframe.
2. Professional colorset and style for American websites and culture.
not Asian style.
3. Should be able to share a few Figma links of the website and mobile app design that you developed successfully to let me know your color and style in the private chat.
4. Good communication and responsiveness.
5. If you are an agency, I need to work with your design and discuss the requirement. I don't want the moderator or the middle hand.
6. If you are a Figma beginner, don't try to contact me and waste my valuable time. As a CTO of the diamond company with extensive experience of 10 years in web development and the design world, I can know your skill and experience easily.
7. Start the proposal with "Figma Expert" to let me know that you read the job description and understood what is your role.
