Figma UI/UX Designer -- 2

I am looking for a Figma UI/UX Designer to design multiple site. We prefer a modern and professional design styles

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to understand the business and its product and services to strategies for best user experiance
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles to increase user experiance & conversation
- Ability to create modern and visually appealing designs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs
- Experience in designing whole websites

Currently we have 3 website to redesigns

1. One website to redesign existing ecommerce site which is selling women hair products
2. Another ecommerce website which is a health care product supplier to care homes and hospitals
2. One website is to design a cooperate company websites
