FIX Wordpress SITE running on learnpress (Coding REQUIRED)
My e-learning site is experiencing issues due to some plugin update or incompatibility (cant identify which one)
I use Learnpress as my main plugin and have some custom plugins in the site. Everytime Learnpress has an update I experience issues.
I need to identify where in the code is the problem so it gets fixed and the next time I update Learnpress the problem wont happen again.
There are different issues that happen here is a list of all the issues in order of priority (most to least).
1. Cant generate the certificate
The learnpress plugin has a subplugin that generates a certificate after finishing the course AND passing the final exam.
Everytime we update learnpress this plugin stops working, it stops generating the certificate all together. In previous occasions weve worked with programmers that identified the problem as being that the students “internal status” never changed from “ongoing” or “in-progress” to “Approved” and it’s the approved status that triggers the certificate generation.
We need to find out if that is what is causing the issue or what is it. Also we need to be informed if it will continue to happen each time we update the learnpress plugin (or any other) and if so, what can we do to avoid the issue.
*The identifying of the issue and reporting of possible solutions forward on that is described in the previous paragraph is part of this project and must be delivered to consider the project as finished.*
When its working fine, after finishing the final test, you should get a “end course” at overview page of a course and after that a “certificate” button should appear, when you click that certificate button you get your certificate.
As of now, we don’t get that option. After finishing and approving the final test I just go to the overview page and get a “Ask for similar course” button. This button is generated via a custom plugin I have installed and should only show to those who haven’t been enrolled in an specific course.

It should look like this (or something like that, cant remember where the buttons usually are, but they should self-generate): (image 2)
2. Visual problems with some screens
The screen at the end of every final test has a wrong visual interface. I don’t know why this happens but the buttons are not align, there are headers that should be visible (and yet they are)

3. After you “login” if you refresh any screen, it shows you as if you were logged out and you have to go back to the “profile” screen to be considered logged in again.
4. Its setup in english and it used to be in Spanish (I need it in Spanish)
Most of the options now show the text and information in English and they use to show them in Spanish. I need them back in Spanish.
5. The Phone view is not enabled (it used to be)
Before all the updates it was responsive for the phone view, right now all the courses are not responsive and it looks awful when you login from your phone and take a course.
We need the certificate generation problem fixed ASAP, the other problems can be fixed in a longer period of time (even 30 days if necessary).
