I am looking for a proficient and creative web designer to construct a website exceeding 20 pages. The purpose of the website was not chosen, hence it will be determined later according to ongoing consultation. However, it is vital that the colour scheme incorporates neutral tones (black, grey, white).
Ideal skills and experience for this project would include:

- Strong understanding of navigating color theory, specifically working with neutral color schemes
